Forms of Payment:
1) American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
2) Money Orders: If you don't have access to a credit card or are uncomfortable using your credit card online, you can send a money order. All money orders must be sent overnight in order to hold the item.
Be sure when sending payment that you send the total including shipping costs. Forgetting to do so will delay your order. We’re sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.
We will put your item on hold for two days until money order is not received.
NOTE: We are not responsible for payments lost or stolen in the mail.
Timing:
Most items from Grey Gardens Collections will be processed within 1-2 days of received payment. We ship UPS or Fedex.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs depend on the item. We ship most items via UPS Ground Service.
International Shipping:
International shipping costs to be quoted depending on the items purchased. Please contact us via email to request a quotation.
Return Policy:
All items are returnable within 14 days for full refund, and for store credit if returned within 30 days.
After 30 days there is no refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Keep in mind that Grey Gardens Past items are sold as is, and some items show some wear due to the age or patina. If you receive the item and are not satisfied we will accept the return
Refunds:
To receive a refund please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your items, to receive a return authorization. A refund will be given for the item purchase price only.
Items must be postmarked and mailed within 7 days after you have received them. Items must be sent by UPS or Priority mail at the buyer’s expense and returned in the same condition as they were received.
After items have been received & inspected by Grey Gardens Collections Refunds department, a refund will be processed within 24 hours, less shipping, handling. No C.O.D. packages or postage due items will be accepted for returned items. If the above time frame for refunds must be followed otherwise all sales are final. The shipping and return policy are subject to change at any time. Please insure your returns since lost packages for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
Materials:
Due to the fact that we purchase our treasures from many different places, and that they are older pieces - we dont know what they are made of or how they were made back in the 20's and 30s.
Therefore we are forced to mention prop 65 so you are aware that if our pieces were ever made with the mentioned substances you need to be warned.
